Sourced from vineyards that neighbor the Sea Smoke estate, this Chardonnay captures the glow of the coast and the stillness of the fog-draped hills. Quietly complex and effortlessly elegant, it speaks of place with clarity and light. Crafted with the same thoughtful precision that defines every Sea Smoke wine, Botella’s winemaking features stainless steel fermentation with minimal new oak.
Fresh stone fruit aromas with a complex palate of Meyer lemon, caramelized figs, pie crust, and cardamom spice.
